THE DEFINITION

A certified professional working on the client’s side.

An AIS Engineer is a professional whose required course certificates culminate in the assessed Client Maintenance Practicum course, recognizing competence to be hired by an organization using AIS Framework to help maintain, organize and support that organization’s approved AIS environment. The Engineer works within the client’s delegated permissions and coordinates with its Authorized AIS Provider and AIS when wider decisions are needed.

Organize the environment

Keep PTA responsibilities, accountable owners, contextual access points and review activities understandable and current.

Maintain knowledge and context

Coordinate approved knowledge, Company DNA and Employer Expectations updates with versioning, review and validation.

Turn signals into follow-up

Review employee daily reports, recurring friction and record-quality issues, then assign accountable investigation and improvement.

Know when to escalate

Document changes that affect responsibilities, permissions, architecture or Framework rules for the appropriate Provider or AIS decision.

Certification has a defined scope.

The assessed course credential does not make the individual AIS itself or grant AIS Provider authorization. Hiring an AIS Engineer does not replace the client’s Provider relationship or confer control of AIS Core, Business Code or protected infrastructure. The Engineer supports the client within approved organizational responsibilities.
