WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

Make the learning useful.

  • Facilitate online discussions, challenge misleading AI claims and invite multiple perspectives without humiliating learners.
  • Give feedback that helps a learner improve rather than depend on the trainer.
  • Respect learners’ existing experience and investigate the reasons behind their answers before correcting them.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.
