WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

Make the learning useful.

  • Plan interviews and observations around real work.
  • Use open questions, record evidence and distinguish what people say from what actually happens.
  • Explore why a practice developed before judging it, and make it safe to share exceptions or uncertainty.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.

  • Show a justified preservation or no-intervention option where relevant; protect confidential context in the evidence you share.

Assessment standard

AIS Academy assesses accurate understanding, relevant application, defensible reasoning and responsibility towards the people affected. Required criteria must all be met; attendance does not constitute a pass.

The released course assessment brief will specify the task, rubric, format, pass standard and any critical errors before booking opens.
