WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

Make the learning useful.

  • Separate what a PTA can explain, what it may access, what it may do and what must be escalated.
  • Practise cases involving incomplete information and conflicting requests.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.

Your learning and practice.

Separate what a PTA can explain, what it may access, what it may do and what must be escalated. Practise cases involving incomplete information and conflicting requests.

Work through explanation, a relevant case, guided practice and independent application. Compare alternatives and defend your choices.

What you will demonstrate.

Explain

Explain the course’s central ideas in your own words and distinguish them from a plausible misunderstanding.

Apply

Submit a case exercise focused on “Responsibility, Knowledge & Authority”, with evidence, assumptions and the reasons behind your decisions.

Reflect

Respond to a changed condition or counterexample. Explain what you would revise and why.

Evidence of responsible practice

  • Connect the design or technical exercise to a validated need. Where a PTA is proposed, explain why conversation fits the business moment.
  • Identify the human responsibilities and effective practices to preserve, and test exceptions before recommending expansion.

Assessment standard

AIS Academy assesses accurate understanding, relevant application, defensible reasoning and responsibility towards the people affected. Required criteria must all be met; attendance does not constitute a pass.

The released course assessment brief will specify the task, rubric, format, pass standard and any critical errors before booking opens.

YOUR COURSE CREDENTIAL

Certificate in Responsibility, Knowledge & Authority

Your authorized Academy Partner issues the course certificate after the AIS Academy assessment result and Matican Group confirmation.

The credential identifies this course and its assessed competence. A real issued certificate is intended to carry a unique ID and QR link to its verification record.

Share an earned credential with the work and reasoning behind it. Certification supports a professional story; it does not guarantee employment, promotion or business results.
