Make the learning useful.

  • Recognize sensitive, uncertain or high-stakes moments where human contact has value.
  • Preserve respectful language, choice and routes to accountable people.
  • Recognize that a valuable human relationship may deserve preservation even when a task could be automated.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.
