WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

Make the learning useful.

  • Map stakeholder relationships, needs, obligations, jobs to be done, interaction triggers and desired outcomes.
  • Ask what people want to protect as well as improve, and treat their experience as evidence to understand.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.
