WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

Make the learning useful.

  • Compare realistic interventions at the business-moment level and defend human, simple-tool, structure-first or no-intervention decisions.
  • Include improving an existing system, strengthening a human role and preserving an effective process; explain why conversation fits before recommending a PTA.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.
