WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

Make the learning useful.

  • Prepare a coherent business context, knowledge map, friction report, opportunity map, risk notes, readiness assessment and pilot direction.
  • Use the client’s language, record what should remain unchanged and agree what must be validated before a relevant demonstration or pilot.

Explain your reasoning, identify important assumptions and improve your work after feedback. Your work becomes evidence you can discuss in study, employment or business settings. Use fictional or safely de-identified examples; do not expose confidential client, employer or personal information in public portfolios.
