WHAT YOU CAN GAIN

Understanding you can put to work.

Service designers, organizational designers and practitioners turning real stakeholder moments into coherent PTA access journeys.

  • Connect physical and digital touchpoints to the correct PTA and Gateway.
  • Distinguish conversation starters, initiators and persistent access context.
  • Design identity transitions, continuity, escalation and lifecycle controls without expanding role authority.

This programme groups 6 connected courses. Certificates are awarded for individual courses, not for completing the programme as a whole.

The courses contribute to the following applied work. Each course page explains its own assessment focus; this is not a separate programme examination.

  • A touchpoint inventory and journey map spanning entry, identity transition, resolution and follow-up.
  • Configuration briefs for three access points, distinguishing starters, initiator and access context.
  • A lifecycle register and edge-case test pack with expected records and escalation.
