Understanding you can put to work.
Professionals, leaders, educators and everyday AI users who want to evaluate claims before repeating them or acting on them.
- Distinguish confident explanations and polished demonstrations from reliable evidence.
- Identify how social media incentives, oversimplification and unfamiliar terminology distort understanding.
- Translate a claim into a bounded test, risk questions and an honest explanation of uncertainty.
This programme groups 6 connected courses. Certificates are awarded for individual courses, not for completing the programme as a whole.

From Surface Knowledge to Working Understanding ↗
Distinguish familiarity with vocabulary from the ability to explain a mechanism, test a claim and identify a limit. Practise saying what is known, assumed or still unknown.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Hype, Social Media & Misaligned Expectations ↗
Analyze selective demos, missing context, engagement incentives and universal “AI will replace…” narratives. Check whether a fashionable claim fits an actual stakeholder, task and operating environment.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗What a Demonstration Does—and Does Not—Prove ↗
Examine baselines, representative cases, failed attempts, repeatability and omitted human effort. Turn a promotional claim into a testable question. Choose a demonstration only after clarifying the audience’s business question; show a relevant working moment rather than a collection of impressive features.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Risk, Failure & Consequence ↗
Identify unreliable output, information exposure, over-reliance, unsupported authority and record-integrity risks. Assess the consequence of an error as well as its likelihood.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Misunderstandings About AIS & PTAs ↗
Distinguish a governed PTA role from unrestricted delegation. Explain why fluent output does not establish permission, truth, accountability or organizational readiness.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Communicating an Evidence-Based Position ↗
Produce a balanced claim audit with sources, limits, counterevidence and a recommendation. Correct a misconception without replacing hype with blanket dismissal. Explain consequences in everyday business language without using fear of falling behind to secure agreement.

Study the course with a Certified AIS Academy Trainer. Prepare the course-specific evidence, check readiness, then take the exam or assessment run by AIS Academy. A pass leads to that course’s certificate, subject to the confirmation and issuance process.
Each examination attempt is paid, including a retake. Fees are intended to be affordable and proportionate; confirmed prices and booking terms will be published before booking opens.

The courses contribute to the following applied work. Each course page explains its own assessment focus; this is not a separate programme examination.
- An audit of three contrasting AI claims, including a social media claim, with an evidence trail.
- A bounded evaluation plan with a baseline, representative cases and failure consequences.
- A plain-language correction of a misconception and a recommendation with explicit uncertainty.
