AIS™ Discovery Philosophy & Professional Discipline ↗
Set evidence-led Discovery objectives without assuming that a PTA or AI implementation is the answer. Begin with the business question and what already works. A useful first deliverable may be shared understanding rather than implementation.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Organizational Inquiry & Discovery Methods ↗
Select interviews, observation, workshops and document analysis. Include frontline voices and triangulate conflicting accounts. Ask why current practices exist, listen without prescribing, and involve the client as a co-expert.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Discovery Evidence & Organizational Mapping ↗
Synthesize knowledge, friction, risk and readiness findings. Make confidence levels and missing evidence explicit. Return the organization map to the people concerned for correction; distinguish their accounts, observed evidence and your interpretation.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗AIS™ Right-Fit Analysis ↗
Compare realistic interventions at the business-moment level and defend human, simple-tool, structure-first or no-intervention decisions. Include improving an existing system, strengthening a human role and preserving an effective process; explain why conversation fits before recommending a PTA.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Human Authority, Escalation & Cultural Readiness ↗
Identify non-delegable authority, escalation triggers, cultural readiness and human-control needs.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Discovery Deliverables & Practitioner Defence ↗
Prepare a coherent business context, knowledge map, friction report, opportunity map, risk notes, readiness assessment and pilot direction. Use the client’s language, record what should remain unchanged and agree what must be validated before a relevant demonstration or pilot.
