Understanding you can put to work.
Professionals who want to work inside, or be hired by, a client organization using AIS, maintaining its approved organizational configuration and operational discipline.
- Maintain organizational knowledge, Company DNA, Employer Expectations and access inventories under client authority.
- Review daily operational signals, record quality and emerging friction, and coordinate accountable follow-up.
- Recognize changes that require AIS or an Authorized Provider instead of exceeding the client-side role.
This programme groups 6 connected courses. Certificates are awarded for individual courses, not for completing the programme as a whole.

Study the course with a Certified AIS Academy Trainer. Prepare the course-specific evidence, check readiness, then take the exam or assessment run by AIS Academy. A pass leads to that course’s certificate, subject to the confirmation and issuance process.
Each examination attempt is paid, including a retake. Fees are intended to be affordable and proportionate; confirmed prices and booking terms will be published before booking opens.

The courses contribute to the following applied work. Each course page explains its own assessment focus; this is not a separate programme examination.
- A client AIS responsibility, configuration and review inventory.
- A versioned maintenance case covering knowledge or expectations and validated behavior.
- An operational-signal review, a record-quality action plan and a Provider/AIS escalation brief.
The final Client Maintenance Practicum course assesses the integrated competence associated with the AIS Engineer role. Programme attendance alone does not confer the role.
