Connect Discovery, stakeholder mapping, PTA requests, onboarding, pilots, expansion and ongoing structural integrity. Start client meetings with business understanding, use relevant demonstrations after discovery and build proposals around the client’s priorities and realistic alternatives.

Understand approved workflows, instance lifecycle responsibilities, activity information and appropriate request routing. Keep each client’s sensitive information isolated in delivery, examples and market communication. Share generalized learning without exposing a client’s identity or circumstances.

AIS™ Provider Delivery Lead Board ↗

Demonstrate accumulated professional judgment through field evidence, scenario challenges, oral examination and portfolio review. Defend a client-specific recommendation, a decision to preserve an effective practice and a communication sample that explains evidence and uncertainty without hype.

Earn each next step.

Study the course with a Certified AIS Academy Trainer. Prepare the course-specific evidence, check readiness, then take the exam or assessment run by AIS Academy. A pass leads to that course’s certificate, subject to the confirmation and issuance process.

Each examination attempt is paid, including a retake. Fees are intended to be affordable and proportionate; confirmed prices and booking terms will be published before booking opens.
