Logistics Discovery Defence ↗

Prepare findings, confidence levels, accountable decisions and a bounded next-step recommendation. Carrier and customer communication must connect to verified records and accountable internal actions. Ask the client to validate the findings; specify what stays unchanged, what remains uncertain and when to review the decision.

The courses contribute to the following applied work. Each course page explains its own assessment focus; this is not a separate programme examination.

  • A Logistics Discovery scope and stakeholder evidence plan.
  • An observed current-state map tracing an authorized dispatch requirement to delivery confirmation and reconciled fulfilment records, with records and exception evidence.
  • A case analysis: Investigate a delivery recorded as complete when the recipient disputes quantity or condition.
  • A Right-Fit recommendation, unresolved questions and a validation plan.
