WHAT YOU CAN GAIN

Understanding you can put to work.

Discovery practitioners and point of sale (pos) stakeholders investigating how work, decisions and records actually move through this stream.

  • Define the Point of Sale (POS) stream’s boundaries, trigger and verified outcome.
  • Investigate item selection, pricing, payment, receipts, returns and posting using stakeholder and operational evidence.
  • Defend recommendations that preserve authority and trace findings to observed reality.

This programme groups 6 connected courses. Certificates are awarded for individual courses, not for completing the programme as a whole.

Evaluate Right-Fit Interventions ↗

Compare preservation, human support, a PTA, an interface, a simple tool, a hybrid and structure-first options at specific business moments. Include improving the existing system, strengthening human responsibility and making no change. Justify conversation only where it improves the working experience.

Point of Sale (POS) Discovery Defence ↗

Prepare findings, confidence levels, accountable decisions and a bounded next-step recommendation. POS execution belongs to Operations, with Leadership oversight. Physical customer presence does not make the execution stream an Entry or Relationship service. Ask the client to validate the findings; specify what stays unchanged, what remains uncertain and when to review the decision.

Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗

Earn each next step.

Study the course with a Certified AIS Academy Trainer. Prepare the course-specific evidence, check readiness, then take the exam or assessment run by AIS Academy. A pass leads to that course’s certificate, subject to the confirmation and issuance process.

Each examination attempt is paid, including a retake. Fees are intended to be affordable and proportionate; confirmed prices and booking terms will be published before booking opens.

Build a portfolio through the programme.

The courses contribute to the following applied work. Each course page explains its own assessment focus; this is not a separate programme examination.

  • A Point of Sale (POS) Discovery scope and stakeholder evidence plan.
  • An observed current-state map tracing a purchase at the point of sale to a recorded invoice, payment and inventory consequence, with records and exception evidence.
  • A case analysis: Trace a successful card payment that did not create a matching sale and inventory update.
  • A Right-Fit recommendation, unresolved questions and a validation plan.
