WHAT YOU CAN GAIN

Understanding you can put to work.

Practitioners and client teams responsible for public enquiries, initial intake and routing unknown stakeholders.

  • Assign responsibility correctly at first contact.
  • Define safe intake, qualification and escalation for unknown identities.
  • Design an evidence-based transition into a verified relationship.

This programme groups 5 connected courses. Certificates are awarded for individual courses, not for completing the programme as a whole.

Your courses, in order.

Open a course to see its outcomes, required preparation, evidence and certification process.

Earn each next step.

Study the course with a Certified AIS Academy Trainer. Prepare the course-specific evidence, check readiness, then take the exam or assessment run by AIS Academy. A pass leads to that course’s certificate, subject to the confirmation and issuance process.

Each examination attempt is paid, including a retake. Fees are intended to be affordable and proportionate; confirmed prices and booking terms will be published before booking opens.

Build a portfolio through the programme.

The courses contribute to the following applied work. Each course page explains its own assessment focus; this is not a separate programme examination.

  • A public-stakeholder map and justified primary PTA responsibility brief.
  • An intake and routing design with data boundaries and accountable handoffs.
  • A scenario pack covering unverified identity, premature commitments and transition to a verified relationship.
