Future PTA employers, client teams, learners and practitioners who need a precise mental model before designing or configuring a PTA role.
- Explain PTA as Pre-Trained Assistant and describe its place within AIS.
- Distinguish role responsibility and permitted actions from interface appearance or conversational fluency.
- Explain hiring, organizational context and expectations without confusing them with unrestricted model training.

What a Pre-Trained Assistant Is ↗
Build a clear mental model of a PTA as a governed digital organizational role. Connect pre-training, professional discipline, responsibility and organizational service.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗PTAs Within the AIS Structure ↗
Connect a PTA to its Gateway, audience, Value Streams and Backoffice records. Explain why the surrounding structure is part of the role.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Responsibility, Knowledge & Authority ↗
Separate what a PTA can explain, what it may access, what it may do and what must be escalated. Practise cases involving incomplete information and conflicting requests.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Hiring a PTA & Setting Expectations ↗
Describe the organization’s needs, Company DNA and Employer Expectations. Distinguish local configuration from changing Business Code or core governance. First establish the business need and whether a PTA fits better than a human interaction, an existing system or a simpler interface.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗One Role, Multiple Contextual Entrances ↗
Explain how access points can adjust starting context while preserving the same role, permissions and escalation boundaries.
Outcomes, assessment & certificate ↗Explaining PTAs to Other People ↗
Create an accurate, plain-language explanation with examples and non-examples. Identify misleading comparisons and unrealistic promises. Explain the relevant change in work before introducing architecture or technical terminology. Do not present PTAs as products to place wherever possible.
